Text and Translation
O virtus Sapientie, que circuiens circuisti, comprehendendo omnia in una via que habet vitam, tres alas habens, quarum una in altum volat et altera de terra sudat et tercia undique volat. Laus tibi sit, sicut te decet, O Sapientia. |
Oh gravity of Wisdom, whose encompassing orbit revolves around all things on a single circuit that bounds life around, and you have three wings, and has one wing that vaults into the sky, and a second that sweeps over the earth, and a third that pitches, rolls, and yaws in unison. Praise be to you, as you deserve, O Wisdom. |
